LIZ HOLLOWAY studied art at Christchurch College, Canterbury, gaining a Certificate in Education, with ART as her major subject. In 2002, she graduated from Reigate School of Art and Design, obtaining an HND in Fine Art with a distinction, a City and Guilds Life Drawing certificate and a Creative Drawing qualification.  

She is a member of The Dorking Group of Artists, Epsom and Ewell Art Group and Breech Lane Pastel Group. Liz is a founder member of ShedArt and helped to create new studios in Newdigate, Surrey.

Two of her paintings have been used as the cover of a new book "A Botcher in France" by Trevor Danby, launched by The Book Guild in 2008. She was the Gold winner of the Bacchus Award 2007, and previously won the Judges' Highly Commended and the Visitors' Best Vote.
