  Service Booking Request   

We will be offering services located in LMC, but to ensure that we maintain social distancing, we have to control exactly how many people will be coming to each service. Legally we also need to track all attendees to ensure that tracing is possible in the event of a Covid-19 notification.

Please note that the services will be different from those held previously.

Everyone attending over the age of 11 will be required to wear a mask, except for leaders at the front of the church.
They will sit in seats, as directed by the stewards, to ensure the required social distancing, and make use of the hand sanitisers, when entering the building.

after any additional names.
