Please read this before you start the service

In order to play the video for this service you will need to click on the play arrow to start.

In the bottom right hand corner of the video there is a small square symbol.
If you click this after starting the video, it will play full screen.

If you have an iPad you can enlarge the videos using two fingers and spreading the image to fill the screen.

If any adverts appear over the top of any video, then click on the X in the top right of the advert, and it will vanish. If adverts appear at the start of a song, wait for Skip Ads to appear then click to stop the adverts.

The networks can be busy and a scrolling symbol may appear in the middle of a video. Normally, if you wait it will restart.

If an error occurs due to timing out on the network, then you can go to the top right corner of the video and click on the symbol that looks like this:

This will give you a list of all the segments in the service, and you should be able to restart at a step of your choice.

If you get significant delays and waits in the service, it may be worth choosing a time when the networks are less busy, for you to join the service
